Our Founders’ Story

Our founder, from a young age, had a natural curiosity about the world around him. He was constantly seeking answers, but often received the unsatisfying response of “just because”. This sparked a passion for understanding the world through scientific observations and mathematical equations. However, this passion was challenged at the young age of 7 when he was repeatedly asked “when will you ever actually use maths and science in real life?” In reflection, he saw that they had two choices: to put in the hard work and dedication to create a meaningful career from his passion for STEM, or to give up and believe that STEM was not “real” and a waste of time. Fraser chose the former and discovered firsthand the importance of design skills and the ability to solve real-world problems. This led to Fraser automating his own data entry job to earn $600/minute, conduct research on behalf of John Deere and pursue a career in robotics to resolve an industry problem worth $89m per year.

Now, through integratedSTEM, Fraser’s mission is to inspire and empower the next generation to also overcome misconceptions about STEM and provide them with the training and resources to achieve professional success and personal fulfilment.
