About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Holiday Program Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to facilitate workshops (Educator) and coordinate immersive holiday program education experiences (Coordinator) for students (ages 5 - 12 years old) and our community.

- Developing & managing a positive culture and relationships with students, parents & schools
- Promoting & Coordinating holiday programs across South-East QLD (Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, etc.
- Effectively managing student behaviour to empower student participation and enjoyment
- Planning, preparing & facilitating engaging workshops to excite students (ages 5-12)
what we're looking for
required skills
- Long-term ambition to work in education
- Enjoys working with young children (ages 5-12)
- Experience facilitating workshops/working with children
- Strong communication & organisational skills (in-person & digital)
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, emailing etc.)
- Results-focussed & growth mindset
preferred skills
- Interest in science, technology, or engineering
- Experience in event coordination
- Experience managing client/collaborator relationships
- Experience in promotion (e.g. graphic design, email campaigns, social media, ads, etcs)
